Labrouse to Robert W. and Sonia M. Nieminen by Warranty Deed dated January 30, 1946 and recorded in Volume 399 at Page 290 of Ashtabula County Deed Records, now or formerly conveyed to H. Hostetler (75-3678) (.31 acre parcel); thence West along the South Line of said 1.053 acre tract of land 165 feet to a point; thence North parallel with the center-line of said Public Highway 94 feet to a point; thence East parallel with the South line 165 feet to the center-line of the Public Highway; thence South along the center-line of said Public Highway 94 feet to the place of beginning and containing within said boundaries .356 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
