Situated in the Township of Richland, County of Vinton, State of Ohio, and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section No. 35, T-9-N, R-18-W, and further being a part of a 7.21 acre tract of land as described in Deed Volume 168, Page 491, Vinton County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a found iron pin being the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section No. 35; thence with the North line of said section, N 88 degrees 29' W 227.57 feet to a set iron pin being the place of beginning for the tract herein to be conveyed; thence with the following two new lines through the tract which this is a part, S 1 degree 46' W 300.00 feet to a set iron pin, and N 88 degrees 29' W 246.56 feet to a set iron pin, being in the West line of the above said 7.21 acre tract; thence with said West line, N 1 degree 46' E 300.00 feet to a set iron pin in the North line of said Section No. 35 also being the Northwest corner of said 7.21 acre tract; thence with said North line S 88 degrees 29' E 246.56 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.698 acres, more or less, and subject to all legal rights of way and easements.
