Also the following described real estate: Being situated in the Village of Georgetown, in the Township of Pleasant, in the County of Brown, in the State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a reference point at an iron pin found at the southeast corner of Plum Street and Grandin drive and at the northwest corner of Lot No. 37 of Block 2 off Andrews Second Addition; thence with the east line of said Grandin Drive, S. 3 degrees 30' 00" W. a distance of 105.00 feet to a spike set in the east line of said Grandin Drive and at the northwest corner of Lot No. 33 and at the southwest corner of Lot No. 34 and a corner to Timothy and Susan Manning as recorded in Volume 237, page 912, and being the real point of beginning; thence with said Manning's line and with the line between Lot Nos. 33 and 34, S. 85 degrees 31' 48" E. a distance of 165.00 feet to an iron pin set at the southeast corner of Lot No. 34 and at the northeast corner of Lot No. 33 and in the west line of Lot No. 38; thence with the west line of Lot No. 38 and the west line of Lot No. 33, S. 3 degrees 30' 00" W. a distance of 2.30 feet to an iron pin set in said line; thence with a division line through Lot No. 33, N. 85 degrees 51" 36" W. a distance of 164.99 feet to an iron pin set in the east line of the aforementioned Grandin drive and in the west line of Lot no. 33; thence with the east line of said Grandin Drive and the west line of said Lot No. 33, N. 3 degrees 30' 00" E, a distance of 3.25 feet to the beginning, containing 0.011 acre more or less, being a part of Lot No. 33 of Block 2 of Andrews' Second Addition and part of the premises transferred to Judy Griffith in Volume 256, page 164 and subject to all legal easements. Bearings are magnetic and based upon the N. 3 degrees 30' 00" E. line along the east line of Grandin Drive. A survey of this property was made by Robert E.
