Situated in the County of Franklin, in the State of Ohio, and in the City of Upper Arlington: Being the entire interest in Lot Number Seventy-Eight (78) of Caroline E. Slyh's North Arlington Addition, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 10, pages 334 and 335, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio. Excepting therefrom the following: A Twenty-Five (25) foot strip of land off of the entire south end of said Lot Number 78, conveyed to C.A. Risley and Doris F. Risley, his wife, to the Village of Upper Arlington, by deed dated August 18, 1936, and recorded in Deed Book 1056, page 29, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, for street and highway easement purposes only, which Twenty-Five (25 foot strip of land is now included within the limits of Lane Avenue, and the northerly line of said Twenty-Five (25 foot strip of land now being the northerly line of said Lane Avenue. Together with a 7.5 foot strip off of the south side of the vacated alley lying just north of the above described Lot Number 78 in Caroline E. Slyh's North Arlington Addition and binding on the north line thereof, and extending from the east line of said Lot Number 78, extending northwardly, in a westwardly direction to the west line of said lot extended northwardly, said alley having been vacated by Ordinance No. 653, passing by the Commission of Upper Arlington of July 15, 1940.
