Situated in the County of Miami, in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Monroe and being part of the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 29, Town 4, Range 6 East, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 29, said point being in the center of the Peters Pike; thence west along said north section line a distance of 250 feet to a point; thence south at right angles to said section line a distance of 87-1/2 feet to a point; thence at right angles east parallel with said north section line a distance of 250 feet to a point in the center of the Peters Pike; thence north 87-1/2 feet to the place of beginning, containing one-half acre of land, more or less, Subject to all legal highways.
