Davis property as recorded in Official Record 1216, Page 1645 of the records of the Fairfield County Recorder's Office and bounded and described as follows: Beginning for reference at a railroad spike found at the Northwest corner of said Section 14. Thence, with Bickel Church Road, North 89° 53' 25" East for a distance of 865.75 feet to a point in the intersection of Basil Road and Bickel Church Road. Said point being the point of beginning for the tract herein described; Thence continuing with said road North 89° 53' 25" East for a distance of 270.79 feet to a point in said road; Thence leaving said road South 00° 03' 57" West for a distance of 525.57 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the North line of the David R. and Betty J. Moody, 2.000 acre tract, as recorded in Official Record 1242, Page 2452 of said county records, passing a reference 5/8 inch rebar distance of 30.00 feet; Thence with the North line of said Moody 2.000 acre tract South 89° 45' 00" West for a distance of 142.59 feet to a point in Basil Road, passing a reference 5/8 inch rebar found at a distance of 111.11 feet; Thence with Basil Road North 13° 38' 37" West for a distance of 540.94 feet to the point of beginning.
