Situated in Section 34, Township 2, Range 1, Steubenville Township, in the County of Jefferson, State of Ohio, and being a part of a 17.20 acre tract of land now or formerly owned by Alice Collins, See Deed Book Volume 560, Page 647. The part to be herein conveyed more particularly described as follows: Beginning for a description at the most southerly corner of said 17.20 acre tract, said corner lying in the center of Raynes Road and from which an iron pin found in the R & C Nicholson's (deed Book 508, Page 683) south line bears S. 73 deg. 57' W. 16.82 feet; thence with Raynes Road N, 43 deg. 11' W, 190.80 feet to a point, from which a P. K. nail bears S. 48 deg. 21' 30" W. 0.80 feet, and the true place of beginning of the tract to be herein conveyed; thence still with said road N. 43 deg. 11' W. 165.00 feet to a point, from which a P.K. nail bears S. 48 deg. 21' 30" W. 1.58 feet; thence leaving said road and crossing over an iron pin at 0 + 18.42 feet and a hub at 2 + 15.22 feet, N. 48 deg.,21' 30" E 590.53 feet to an iron pin in the east line of said 17.20 acre tract; thence with said east line S. 16 deg. 00' E, 182.98 feet to an iron pin; thence crossing over a hub at 3 + 80.52 and an iron pin at 4 + 87.72, S. 48 deg. 21' 30" W 506.92 feet to the true place of beginning.
