The land described herein is situated in the State of Ohio, County of Belmont, City of Saint Clairsville, and is described as follows: Situated in the Township of Richland, County of Belmont, and State of Ohio, and known as and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 7, Range 4, within the corporate limits of the City of St. Clairsville, and being a part of the 1.68 acre tract of land conveyed by Semi St. Claiio Minnie B. Craig by deed recorded in Volume 242, Page 464, of the Deed Records of Belmont County, Ohio. Beginning for the same at a point in the center of the St. Clairsville, and Cadiz Pike at the Southeast corner of the land conveyed by Minnie B. Craig to Cecil Berry, said point being also located 60.09 feet South 1 deg. 45' West From the Northeast corner of said 1.68 acre tract; thence with the South line of said Cecil Berry's lot South 89 deg. 45' West 220.20 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of said Cecil Berry's lot and in the Easterly right-of-way fence of the Adena Branch of Thew.& l. E. Railroad; thence with said right-of-way South 7 deg. 50' West 101.00 feet to a stake; thence North 89 deg. 45' East 230.63 feet to a point in the center line of said pike, from which a chisled cross on the West curb of said pike bears 8.3 feet South 89 deg. 45' West; thence North 1 deg. 45' East 100.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 22542 square feet or 517/1000 of an acre.
