Clark and Etta Johnson Farm; Thence N. 49 degrees 55' E. 998.4 feet to an iron pin in the center of the county road. Containing five (5) acres of land more or less, being part of survey 1405 and is a part of Milton David Farm. Excepting therefrom the following tract of land conveyed by Millie M.
