(Cabinet B, Slide 119) Beginning for part of Lot Number Eight (8) hereby conveyed at the most northeasterly corner of said lot; thence S. 5 degrees 8' W. along the eastern boundary line of said lot 118.83 feet to the corner of said lot; thence N. 27 degrees 6' W. along the southwesterly line of said lot 130.48 feet to the corner of a small part of this Lot Number Eight (8) that was sold by G.W. Beal to John Deak and Theresa Deak, husband and wife, by deed dated January 14, 1924; thence along the line of the said John Deak and Theresa Deak, land eleven and one-half feet, more or less, to the northern line of said Lot Number Eight (8); thence S. 84 degrees 52' E. 61.93 feet to the place of beginning, Containing 4419 square feet, more or less. Beginning for the part of Lot Number Nine (9) hereby conveyed at the most southeasterly corner of said lot; thence S. 85 degrees 43' W. along the southern boundary line of said lot 46.85 feet; thence N. 27 degrees 6' W. along the most southwesterly line of said lot 48.4 feet to a point on said line said point being the corner of a part of this Lot Number Nine (9) that was transferred by G.W.
