Beal to John Deak and Theresa Deak, husband and wife, by deed dated January 14, 1924; thence along the line of the said John Deak and Theresa Deak, land eleven and one-half feet, more or less, to the northern line of said Lot Number Eight (8); thence S. 84 degrees 52' E. 61.93 feet to the place of beginning, Containing 4419 square feet, more or less.
