East a distance of 380.46 feet to a 5/8' iron pin set, passing over a 5/8" iron pin set at 15.00 feet; thence North 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 185.61 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set; thence North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 380.46 feet to a R.R. Spike set on the C/L of Temple Road (Twp. R. 30) and the North line of said Northwest Quarter, passing over a 5/8" iron pin set at 365.46 feet; thence South 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East a distance of 185.61 feet, along the C/L Temple Read (Twp. R. 30) and the North line of said Northwest Quarter, to a R.R. spike set marking the place of beginning.
