Also being the combined survey of two tracts of land as recorded in Vol. 351 Pg. 559 (parcel 1) and Vol. 314 Pg. 376 of the Belmont County Deed Records. Beginning at a point in Twp. Rd. 202 which bears North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East along the 1/4 section line a distance of 865.86 feet from a stone found at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11 and North 64 degrees 18 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 184.81 feet to a point. Thence with said road North 64 degrees 18 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 295.09 feet to a point. Thence South 26 degrees 51 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 495.65 feet to an stone found, passing on line an iron pin set at 20.80 feet. Thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 335.47 feet to an iron pin set. Thence North 25 degrees 41 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 356.26 feet to an iron pin set, passing on line an iron pin set at 340.28 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 2.9265 acres total with 1.8658 acres in Section 11 and 1.0607 acres in Section 12. Excepting any easements or rights of way of records. East 495.65 feet to a marked stone found passing on line an iron pin found capped "JWP" at 20.80 feet: Thence along the north line of a tract recorded in Volume 718 Page 29, South 88, deg. 50 min. 12 sec. West 202.10 feet to a point: Thence running through the grantor's land, North 22 deg. 50 min. 03 sec. West 412.15 feet to the place of the beginning passing on line 1/2 inch rebars set at 2.53 feet and 400.01 feet.
