Fix by deed recorded in Book 237, page 383) said spike being North 56 degrees 30' West 20 feet from a stone and stake on the Southeast side of the road; thence with the center line of Beechwood Road North 53 degrees 00' East 100 feet to a spike; thence leaving the road, with a new severance line South 56 degrees 30' East 238.70 feet, passing a stake at 26.52 feet to a stake; thence South 53 degrees 00' West 100 feet to a stake in Roy Maddox's line and in an old fence line; thence with Roy Maddox's line and the fence line North 56 degrees 30' West 238.70 feet, passing the above mentioned stone at 218.70 feet, to the point of beginning, and containing 0.516 of an acre, subject to legal road right of ways.
